SUPPLIES
- glass ornaments - balls or cubes (however many you want to do)
- rub on transfers (if you are going to be putting names on the ornaments make sure you have enough letters)
- scissors
- scotch tape
- acrylic paint
- metallic paint pen
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pour a little paint inside the ornament
2. You can turn the ornament until the inside is covered with the paint. (I put a paper towel over the hole and lightly shake the ornament until it's covered)
3. Let the paint dry.
4. Cut the tranfer out, trying to leave as much of a clear border as you can. (save the wax paper!)
5. Rub onto your ornament
6. Place the wax paper over your finished transfer, an lightly rub with the flat part of the popsicle stick.
Be very careful when rubbing your transfer on, as the glass ornaments are very fragile and could break easily!
* If you are putting a name or date on an ornament with transfers , rub with wax paper after each letter.
** If you make a mistake, put the scotch tape over the transfer, rub it lightly then peel it off.
***If you don't want to use transfers for name or date then just use the paint pen!
That's how easy it is to make decorative ornaments!
